The BP station at Lawrence Avenue and Marine Drive in Uptown is charging $4.09 for a gallon of regular this morning. $4.29 for premium.
“It’s crazy but it’s close and I needed to get gas before I went to work so I didn’t have a choice,” said Michelle Gossett, the first customer there this morning. “It’s right here, and I let it (my gas tank) get that low.”
